Terms of Service

Last updated: May 4, 2026. These terms govern access to Deep Dev workspaces, integrations, scans, build evidence, runtime logs, AI verdicts, reports, and related subscription services.

Account and Workspace Access

Deep Dev provides a workspace for authorized users to connect development tools, select repositories, run scans, execute supported builds, review runtime evidence, and generate reports. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring every user invited to a workspace is permitted to view the connected code, logs, findings, and reports.

Connected Repositories and Logs

You may connect GitHub repositories, repository metadata, source files, build output, runtime logs, deployment evidence, and related technical records that you control or are authorized to process. Deep Dev uses this data only to provide the product, protect the platform, enforce limits, support your workspace, and produce requested reports or operational insights.

Code Scans, Build Lab, and Preview Execution

Build Lab may install dependencies, execute configured build commands, infer supported preview commands when approved, create static previews, and proxy temporary preview sessions through Deep Dev. You should not provide secrets, production credentials, private keys, regulated data, or sensitive customer records unless those values are intentionally configured for the workspace and required for the requested workflow.

Findings, AI Verdicts, and Reports

Deep Dev combines deterministic checks, repository evidence, build evidence, logs, and AI-assisted synthesis. Findings and AI verdicts are decision-support outputs, not a guarantee that code is secure, compliant, bug-free, performant, or production-ready. You remain responsible for reviewing results, validating remediation, and making deployment or security decisions.

Plans, Trials, Billing, and Usage Limits

Plan limits may apply to connected repositories, scans, build minutes, log sources, retention, seats, and report generation. Trial access is intended for evaluation and may be restricted when the trial ends unless a paid or approved custom plan is active. Custom or manual billing arrangements may be applied by Deep Dev for approved accounts.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Deep Dev to process repositories or logs you are not authorized to access, attack or probe third-party systems, bypass platform limits, upload malicious payloads, extract secrets from other customers, interfere with service operation, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Security and Confidentiality

Deep Dev uses technical and organizational controls designed to protect workspace data, including tenant boundaries, encrypted integration secrets where configured, access controls, and operational monitoring. You must promptly report suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, or sensitive data exposure through the contact page.

Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

Deep Dev may update features, limits, integrations, models, and workflows as the platform evolves. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to security concerns, comply with law, or prevent harm to customers or third parties.

Disclaimers and Liability

Deep Dev is provided as a technical intelligence platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that every issue will be detected or that every recommendation will be complete. Liability is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law and any written agreement between you and Deep Dev.
